These variations in glaze color and tone are a natural feature of authentic handmade pottery, not defects.
Each piece gains its own character through the unique interaction of glaze, fire, and clay.

How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
Your order will typically ship within 5 business days.
However, if it includes pre-ordered items, it may take 1–2 months to ship.
Please note that during the busy year-end season, there may be delays in shipping and delivery.

The item I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
Some items are in limited production and cannot be pre-ordered.
Please sign up for "Email me when available" on the product page to be notified by email as soon as the product is back in stock.

How can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order under certain conditions.
If your order has NOT been packed yet
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If your order HAS already been packed
The order can no longer be canceled, but you may still return the items after receiving them.

Unless the return is due to our mistake, shipping fees and customs fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.

What happens if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
If your order includes pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together as soon as they are restocked.
Restocking usually takes about one month, but for some items it may take up to two months.
If you would like the items already in stock shipped first, please contact our Concierge Team.

Artisans create each piece by hand, and they are delivered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I add items before my order is shipped?
You can add items to your order as long as it has not yet entered the packaging stage.

The quantity
Your order number
We will send you an invoice for the additional items. Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll add them to your original order and ship everything together.
