About Membership Tiers

The MUSUBI KILN Rewards program features a tiered membership system that grows with you as you shop more. Not only do you earn points with every purchase, but you also unlock exclusive benefits as you move up the tiers.

・Bronze / Silver / Gold tiers are available, and your status is determined by your annual spending or accumulated points.

・The higher your tier, the greater your rewards — such as increased point earning rates, exclusive offers, and invitations to special campaigns.

・Membership is free, and your tier is automatically assigned from your very first purchase. The more you engage with MUSUBI KILN, the more privileges you enjoy.

In short, MUSUBI KILN Rewards is designed so that the more you shop, the closer you feel to the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship.

2. Upload a review – 100/200 points

You’ll find the review section at the bottom of the product page. Click “Write a Review” to submit your star rating and comments.

You’ll earn 100 points for submitting a review or a photo, and 200 points when you submit both a review and a photo.

Upload a product photo using the “Add Photos” button and complete your submission.

3. Subscribe to our YouTube channel– 100 points

4. Follow us on Pinterest– 50 points

5. Follow us on Instagram– 50 points

6. TikTok Follow– 50 points

While logged in to the REWARDS page, click the “OPEN WIDGET” button.

The widget will appear on the left side of the page.

Click the “Earning Points” button in the Rewards Program, and “Subscribe to our YouTube channel” will be shown in the menu.

Click “Earn points” to be redirected to the MUSUBI KILN social media page.

Please subscribe to or follow each account.

7. Refer a friends

Give your friends 5% off on their first order and get 500 points for each successful referral.

Enter your friend’s email address from the Rewards page and send them an invitation.

Important Notice

• Earned points remain valid for 365 days.
• Points that are not used within this period will expire automatically.
• A reminder email will be sent prior to expiration.

2. Sign up or sign in for our reward program

3. When you are signed in and view the Rewards page, you can see how many points you currently have

4. The Rewards options will appear in the widget. From there, please select the reward you would like to use.
