How to use a coupon code?
When you receive a special coupon code from MUSUBI KILN, we invite you to enjoy it on your next purchase.
Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. In the “Discount code or gift card” field, please enter the code you have.
Click the “Apply” button, and the discount will be automatically reflected in your total amount. Please check the discounted total before proceeding with your payment.

What is store credit?
Store credit is a payment method that allows customers to use a balance issued by our store for future purchases.
You can view your store credit balance under the Profile section of your account page.
At checkout, select store credit as your payment method, and the balance will be deducted from your total.
Important Notice
- Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
- Any unused credits will automatically expire after this period.

Do you accept PayPal payments?
Yes, we accept PayPal for orders placed in major currencies (such as USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, and AUD).
For some regions and currencies, PayPal may not be available at checkout. In that case, you can pay using one of the following:

How can I change the billing address?
Due to system specifications, the billing address cannot be changed once it has been entered.
Please be assured that the billing address is not used for shipping or delivery, and it will not affect the processing of your order.
