How can I check my order status?

If you want to check the delivery status of your package, you can do so from the shipping notification email. If it has not yet been shipped, you will not have received a shipping notification, so please contact Customer Support for the latest information with your order number and email address.

 

If you know your tracking number, you can also track your package through each shipping carrier's website.
